**About the role?**

The Building Support Team are looking for a Building Support Officer who is proactive, motivated and task driven to join their busy team. You will come from a technical administration background with knowledge of invoicing and excel, as well as having strong customer service skills. As a Building Support Officer, your key responsibilities include:

- Provide administration services for consenting processes to the Building Consenting Unit
- Reviewing of consent documentation for completeness advising of any omissions
- Managing customer expectations in line with Council policies

**About you?**

The building support officer role is an excellent role for someone to showcase their administration and customer service skills. Ideally you will have:

- Five or more years of experience in a similar technical administration role
- Invoicing and excel experience
- Computer literacy - quick to pick up new systems and processes
- A strong eye for detail
- A process driven attitude
