You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives to result in effective end to end systems and a better service to customers. You will undertake a variety of tasks across a range of industries including building, plumbing, drainage, planning and property matters.About you | Ko Koe TeneiThe successful applicant will have strong customer service skills with the ability to adjust and communicate effectively with diverse customer groups along with excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally you will also have:A regulation 18 qualification - you may be working towards this. Find out more about reg 18 hereRES 3 competency.10 years of experience in the building/construction industry, this could be in design, draughting, plumbing, construction, supervision etc.At least 3 years of experience within a Building Consent Authority or similar in New Zealand.While the above is ideal, if you have a 'can do' attitude to life, have the scope to coach and mentor others and are seeking a challenging but rewarding career, we want to hear from youWhat's in it for you?
