Building Support Officer/invoicing Specialist

**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**
The Building Support Team are looking for a Building Support Officer who is proactive, motivated and task driven to join their busy team. You will come from a technical administration background with extensive experience in invoicing and excel, as well as having strong customer service skills. As a Building Support Officer, your key responsibilities include:
- Providing administration services for consenting processes to the Building Consenting Unit
- Reviewing of consent documentation for completeness advising of any omissions
- Managing customer expectations in line with Council policies
**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**
The Building Support Officer role is an excellent role for someone to showcase their administration, customer service, and invoicing skills. Ideally you will have:
- Five or more years of experience in a similar technical administration role that involved billing and invoice management
- Extensive invoicing experience and must be familiar with spreadsheet software, Microsoft Excel
- Computer literacy - quick to pick up new systems and processes
- Excellent Time management and organisational skills to effectively schedule your day
- Ability to create customer invoices based on numerous criteria and must be accurate with billing
- A process driven attitude
