**Role Responsibilities**:
**Media Reconciliations**:

- Preparation of the media creditors for online activities across the Group which consists of full media reconciliations, clearing outstanding media queries with the Agency teams and resolving unallocated payments in a timely manner.

**Media Trade Payables**:

- Responsible for the accurate coding, posting, and timely payment of operating costs (house) for the dentsu media related payments including liaising with office manager for accurate and on-time monthly credit card payments processing and other automatic payment processing in the finance ledger.
- Preparation of master agency reconciliation before paying our “pass through” agencies and liase with ASA levy accounts team for ASA payment.

**Receivables**:

- Daily cash receipts processing in the finance ledger for dentsu Creative

**Projects, Ad Hoc and Improvements**:

- Assist management accountants with ad-hoc request such as external & internal audit and other group requests
- Bring a focus of continuous improvement to deliver operating efficiencies, finance projects and transformation initiatives.

**Qualifications/Attributes**:

- Experience in a fast-paced operating environment and managing competing deadlines for multiple stakeholders
- Experience of month end reporting cycles is beneficial
- Drive efficiencies in processes and ensure standard practices, automation where possible.
- Analyses and synthesises information using a rational and systematic approach.
- Actively contributes to the support and development of other team members.
