This commercial, successful business are looking for a dynamic P&C Manager to join the team. This is a role with the best of both worlds - on the strategy side, you’ll get to genuinely contribute to business outcomes, partnering with senior leaders - and then operationally, you’ll be delivering quality, hands on HR support to the wider business.
**Here’s what you’ll be involved in**
As trusted advisor to business leaders and reporting through to the CFO, you’ll provide support across the full people and culture remit to this medium sized business. This role will see you continue to roll out the People Strategy and support the Chief Executive, as well as running all cyclical processes and picking up key project work that is also underway. With the support of a P&C Advisor, you’ll take a leadership role in the P&C space, bringing fresh eyes and a new perspective. Based out of head office in a great location in the CBD, you’ll be supporting a number of sites around the country, so occasional travel will be required (once we’ve moved out of the red light settings).
**Skills and experience you’ll bring**
Pragmatic, commercial and innovative, you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You’ll have solid experience across all aspects of HR as well as proven experience successfully partnering with senior leaders. Your attention to detail, high energy approach and desire to get the job done will ensure your success. This is a diverse business, so it’s important that you enjoy engaging with people at all levels and areas of the business. Ideally, you’ve worked in a professional, service-based industry in the past.
