We are looking for an experienced motivated person to join the AUT Foundation team, as our Advancement Specialist - Coordinator. In this role you will support AUT Foundation by contributing to the development of our philanthropic community at AUT, effectively stewarding donors and cultivating further opportunities for giving. You will provide high quality support to the AUT Foundation team and internal AUT staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Foundation Administration & Coordination**: Support the team to develop and improve philanthropic giving initiatives, assist in the implementation and management of donor stewardship programs, and maintain accurate Foundation records.
- ** Scholarships & Awards Coordination**: Collaborate with the Scholarships Office and relevant school staff to coordinate the establishment of new scholarships and manage existing scholarships offered through AUT Foundation external stakeholders
- ** Donor Stewardship, Marketing & Communications**: Assist in coordinating donor-related events, manage social media channels, and develop communication materials.
- ** Project Support**: Coordinate information and collaborate with various stakeholders to support Foundation projects.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Experience with The Raiser's Edge CRM is a benefit
- Previous experience in a tertiary office would be beneficial but not essential environment
- Experience in marketing, communication and event coordination

**Salary Range**: $73,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
