**About the role**

Join our team as a Programme Coordinator and play a crucial role in providing technical support and coordination across the Technology team to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and manage systems and processes that track project delivery performance and ensure alignment with policies and business for quality assurance.

In this role you will;
- Provide support to complex technology-related projects, staying conversant with specialised terminology specific to a range of technology domains.
- Prepare governance reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes, and maintain logs and registers.
- Take an active part in the project risk/issue management process by contributing to the identification and prioritization of existing and potential risks and issues.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on project budget and forecast to the Project Manager.
- Facilitate project meetings, including publishing agendas, minute-taking, and distribution of action items and relevant documentation.

**Please note this role will be a fixed term position of 18 months.**

**About you**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual with a strong background in programme coordination and a passion for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent business/industry experience in a business discipline.
- Extensive experience in program coordination in complex environments and large organisations.
- Proven experience in project coordination, financial reporting, and procurement within the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working on system transformation projects would be highly advantageous.
