- The National Māori Public Health Leadership rōpū advances Māori well-being outcomes through public health leadership, health promotion and disease prevention, and systems advocacy. We are now looking for a coordinator to join our team to advance our efforts towards achieving greater health and wellbeing for whānau, hapū, Iwi and hāpori māori.**Tē Tunga | The Role**
- Leading community engagement
- Delivering community health promotions and events
- Conducting needs analysis with whānau
- Attending stakeholder & sector meetings
- Contributing to public health collectives
- Conducting policy evaluation
**Nōu te Rourou | What you bring**
- Relevant Tertiary qualification preferred
- Community engagement experience
- Highly organised
- Superb communication, able to engage with a range of key stakeholders
- Experience within the health sector
- Strong relationship management skills
- Competence in Te Reo me ōna Tikanga is required
