Our client is a disrupter in the personal electronics space, up against some of the biggest brands in the world. From their Central Auckland office, they are pushing into the NZ market and are looking for a Digital and Ecommerce Manager to drive their digital presence and sales.
Reporting to the marketing director as part of a team of 5, and working cross functionally with the sales and after sales teams, the Digital and E-Commerce Manager has a key role in the business, responsible for the strategy, content, execution and reporting of all digital touchpoints for the business, including: websites & e-commerce, social media, digital channel content, digital advertising, eDM, analysis, amplification, & advertising.
With a strong commercial focus to deliver sales results, and the ability to both strategise and execute, the right person for this role will have previous experience in a senior Digital role, most favourably in a fast-paced retail environment. eCommerce experience is a must, including a Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data.
You will have Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way, Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value.
You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude.
