Our team are highly experienced and proven digital marketing experts in creating and deploying performance-based strategies for businesses both locally and offshore.Over the last eight years, we have consistently delivered growth to our clients and proven ourselves as a market leader.A Little Bit About The Role:Your time will primarily be focused on managing a large portfolio of Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
However, experience across Email Automation (Klaviyo) and Google ads suite is very beneficial.
Working closely with our Account Managers and Technical Team, you will be creating & deploying advanced strategies to deliver growth and revenue across a variety of businesses.What We Are Looking For:We're looking for a proven advertising professional to join our tight-knit team.
Candidates must have a firm grasp of the latest in social marketing, as well as the ability to communicate their strategies and results effectively to clients.Key Attributes For Success Include:An analytical thinker who can think both inside and outside the boxA natural problem solver, who can research and identify solutions to technical issuesHighly organised and data/detail-orientedA background with numbers and/or data (maths/science beneficial)Proactive and motivated to deliver consistent performance improvementsA good communicator who keeps all parties (internal/external) up to date with results and activitiesHigh attention to detail and the ability to effectively juggle multiple concurrent tasksAbility to work well in a team environment as well as independentlyAbility to be self-taught and stay on top of platform/industry developmentsWhat You Would Be Doing:Developing and implementing comprehensive social strategies designed to meet our client's online business goalsRegularly reviewing campaigns for potential optimisationSetting up comprehensive conversion tracking that utilises Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and call-tracking platformsMonitoring campaign performance through popular attribution models and making informed budget/optimisation decisions to deliver greater ROIUpdating monthly reports with meaningful insights and commentary to accompany resultsMeeting regularly with our Account Managers to discuss campaign performanceStaying on top of the latest digital trends, platform updates and adjusting strategies as required to keep within advertising guidelinesRunning in-house training sessions in order to share knowledge across the teamManaging budget deployment throughout a campaign cycle period using third-party budget management platformsKey Requirements:Minimum of 3 years building and optimising Social PPC for both lead gen & eCommerce businessesIn-depth knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager/Pixel) for setting up & measuring ROI on campaignsAbility to navigate the backend of common website CMS platforms (Shopify/WordPress) to establish tracking & shopping feedsExperience setting up product feeds for ad accounts on both Klaviyo & FacebookExperience in call tracking implementation for lead gen businessesNice to Have:Google ads experience across lead gen and ecommerce activityEmail Automation experience in building templates and setting up flowsWhat's In It For You?A generous base salary plus commission (based on experience/skill level)4-day work weekOngoing support from your talented colleaguesQuarterly social eventsWorking with amazing people in an awesome cultureInterested?If this sounds like you, please send us your CV along with a cover letter.Note: Due to the number of applicants, we will only be responding to candidates that are selected to enter the interview stage.
