- Support the People, Culture and Wellbeing Manager in delivering values-based service and implementing national initiatives.
- Be the first point of contact for PCW-related queries, providing values-based service and first-level advice.
- Manage, review, and maintain PCW regional records and employment files in line with legislative and internal policy requirements.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Proven NZ experience in HR administration and coordination, with a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality administrative support, including recruitment, employment relations, and HRIS assistance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide first-level advice and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate and compliant records.
