In proud partnership with the United Fire Brigades Association (UFBA) we are seeking an Events Administrator to join their team. Based within a team of three other passionate events experts, this role will offer on the job training and learning.

**About the role**

You will work collaboratively within the events team providing administration and support to help ensure their delivery of exceptional, high-quality events and competitions.

The events you will work on include, a series of skills-based firefighter challenges and competitions both Regional and National, along with workshops and conferences for the membership.

This unique and exciting position will require some travel throughout New Zealand.

**Key duties will include**:

- assist with registering and organising travel and accommodation requirements - National and International
- assist with arrangement for the Annual Conference
- organise transport for event equipment
- attend all events and challenges
- process expense claims
- maintain trophy register
- manage scoring system at events
- supporting the Event Manager and Coordinator.

**Skills & Experience**

- proven Administrative skills
- appreciation for excellence in customer service
- high level of attention to detail.
