**About this role**

We are currently looking for a Kaiwhakarite (Administrator) with a focus on Ako (Programme Delivery), to join our team at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the takiwā Ako team is supported with any administrative tasks related to programme delivery. Some key responsibilties are (but not limited to):

- Minute Taking
- Assist with Programme Delivery Schedules, Lesson Plans and support monitoring of Attendance and resulting requirements
- Assist with completion of travel/kai requests
- Provide assistance for Monitors Visits/Kōmiti Awhina - contacting stakeholders, collation of information for reporting purposes, filing
- Scheduling appointments - both onsite and online (via Zoom and Teams platforms)
- Provide support to kaiako with administrative tasks and programme resourcing

**About you**

You will be someone who has proven experience in providing administrative and support services, is proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, and great written and oral communication skills in both English and Māori. Ideally you will have a certificate in Business Administration or a related field, and a NZ Full Licence.

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to support and participate in cultural activities both onsite and within the takiwā is preferred. Being willing to also develop and grow your understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
