**About this role**

We’ve recently transformed the way People Services are delivered at TWoA including the creation of a centralised internal Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll join a team of six who enable quality recruitment processes and hiring decisions through customer-focused advice and support on attraction and selection activities, employment branding, and events.

As** Talent Acquisition Partner**, you’ll have ownership of a portfolio of internal customers, managing end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of roles at all levels. You’ll have the support of TA Coordinators who assist with the administrative aspects of recruitment, allowing you to focus on relationship management, quality service delivery and devising creative solutions to finding, attracting and hiring the people we need. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of our recruitment services, meaning involvement in brainstorming, decision making and change initiatives.

**About you**

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
