**The Opportunity**:
**Day to day you will**:

- Provide MS Office 2016 and Windows 10, laptop and mobile device support as requied
- Enter and maintain assets in the asset management system with ordering and distribution of assets and ensuring logging and handling of assets in accordance with policy and process
- Consistently delivers excellent service to clients, both internal and external
- Actively developing deeper understanding within and across specialist areas and new solutions introduced to the business

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Degree or equivalent experience/qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support role and 2 years’ Customer service experience
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems and Microsoft Office 2016 Suite
- Familiarity with the cell phone and tablet technology - Apple and Android OS
- Experience of working with Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of Network, Server, Server Virtualisation and SQL.
- Active listening and conflict resolution
- Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice
- Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise workloads
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
