**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Fulfilling the customer's needs for Preventative Maintenance (PM), any updates/upgrades, corrective service, installations in accordance with business contractual obligations (contract obligations or billing policy) ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Timely completion of Service Reports with good liaison with the Customer Care Centre (CCC), management, sales, marketing and/or customers ensuring current location and job status is communicated back to Customer Call Centre
- Comply with all Environment & Safety (EH&S) policies, service escalation procedures and that all customer requests, complaints and comments communicated to the jobholder are passed to the relevant department for action
- Maintaining personal knowledge of safety instructions and operational procedures and participate in training courses including 'self-learning', computer based and 'on the job' training.
- You may occasionally be required to support on weekends to meet operational needs.
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others, and support the business and team in meeting its EH&S objectives and obligations, with a customer service focus.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in service, maintenance and/or installation activities on relevant technologies is also required for this position.
- A strong communicator and your ability to build sound working relationships internally and externally will ensure your success in this role.
- You will ideally hold a current NZ electrical & radiation licence or be willing to obtain one.
- An open and unrestricted drivers’ licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle is required for this position.

You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in New Zealand.
