**About the Role**

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our cutting-edge medical equipment. You’ll ensure our customers have seamless technical service through repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting while building strong relationships with hospital teams.

**This role can be based in Auckland - we are open to mechanic, tradespeople, engineers or anyone with 2+ years hands on technical experience.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide onsite technical support, completing repairs and preventive maintenance on Stryker equipment.
- Work closely with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience.
- Partner with our Field Service Engineers to meet team goals.
- Build brand awareness by enhancing customer relationships

**Who you are**
- A problem-solver with strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident communicator passionate about customer service.
- You have a driver’s license and your own vehicle (an electrical license or tagging/testing experience is a plus).
