**About the role**:

- This role assumes responsibility for growing Lynn River's end-user accounts in the Industrial channel in the Auckland area - maximising profit and performance through both new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key customers
- Identify, approach and develop new prospects and opportunities
- Report on market intel regarding your channel; customers, and competitors
- Become a technical specialist and continuously identify areas and strategies for growth
- Maintaining relationships with existing resellers

**About you**:

- Ideally, you will have prior experience working in the civil or general construction industries
- You have a passion for new business development along with a proven sales record of meeting and exceeding targets
- You are customer focused, and have a natural ability to build strong relationships with your existing accounts
- You're passionate about networking and love to build a reputation for being the 'go to' person in your market
- You have excellent written communication and can pick up on technical information with ease
- You’re confident, proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
