Team members are specialists in content design, web writing and plain language. They create accessible, easy-to-understand content for Inland Revenue’s external website and manage a newsletter subscriptions service.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

In this varied role, you will:

- create well-designed plain language content for Inland Revenue’s external website
- be prepared to lead, plan and execute projects across networked teams
- collaborate with stakeholders across Inland Revenue on web content development
- support the team to resolve complex issues and identify risk support the wider organisation to gain a stronger understanding of the team’s services and areas of expertise.

**Mōu | About you**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- have strong plain language skills
- have the skills and experience required to design, write, publish and manage web content on our content management system, Sitecore
- have experience leading projects in your area or as part of networked teams
- have experience building productive relationships with key stakeholders be self-motivated, highly focused and responsive to the needs of customers.
