Our client is an integral part of New Zealand’s health sector who are now looking to add self-motivated, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to help their team.

Rotating roster across 24/7 days for an initial 12 month fixed-term period.

We also have casual positions available in the same team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing calls from patients, internal staff and external callers
- Providing excellent customer service at all times and acting with a strong sense of urgency
- Updating rosters
- Accurate data entry
- Triaging calls based on urgency and providing assistance to improve patient experience
- Ad hoc administration

Skills and experience:

- Compassion, and a drive to help people
- Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and think quickly on your feet
- Experience in a call centre environment would be advantageous\
- Strong communication skills including excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Sound computer skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
