Our client is a leading clinical trials business that aims to improve the everyday lives for current and future patient needs, and to aid discoveries and contribute to knowledge by providing outstanding research experiences.

**Abit about the role**

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to join our small but motivated call centre based in the CBD. This newly created role is responsible for leading the overall performance of a team of telephone recruiters, screening and recruiting participants for our Clinical Trials. You need to be a professional, enthusiastic person, with a friendly phone manner.

Specifically you will be responsible for:

- Creating and maintaining a customer centric culture within the team
- Training, coaching and developing high performing team
- Tracking and analysis of KPIs to identify trends and develop strategies to drive performance
- Redefine procedures, processes, and scripting for team
- Conduct team meetings, 1:1s, and performance appraisals
- Leading from the front making outbound calls to pre qualified leads
- You will be responsible for determining the eligibility of people for entry to a clinical trial as per specific criteria

**So who are we looking for?**

As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of specialists focused on the recruitment of patients into clinical trials across multiple studies. The success of this team plays a vital role in the overall success of the organisation.

You will need to be able to understand the clinical trial we are recruiting for and associated medical terminology. Training for each trial will be provided but a strong backing in a healthcare discipline is highly desirable.

This role will suit someone who is good with people, has strong sales acumen, call centre experience in a management position, and is a dynamic go getter

You will Have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A competitive nature and desire to meet targets
- Experience leading in a call centre environment
- A medical or nursing background is desirable but not essential
- A Proven Track Record of Achievements
