Te tūranga - The role As the Department Coordinator you will provide administrative support and services for the Organisational Capability & DE&I Directorate, including the director, managers and their teams. Duties will include diary management, office management, travel and all other administrative activities as required. In this role you are supported by a matrix reporting relationship to the group Executive Assistant. There is also the opportunity to support projects within the directorate so a genuine interest in this area would be a good fit. Ō pūkenga - About you You're an excellent communicator and able to manage multiple tasks at once. You understand the importance of organisation and are comfortable providing administrative support across a group. You are proactive in your approach and you have a willingness to take personal responsibility for the quality of your work. You'll need to have:
- Experience in a Team Administrator, PA or office management role.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
- The ability to be proactive and use initiative.
- Strong commitment to excellence, quality and continuous improvement.
