**About the Role**

Based out of our client’s corporate premises in central Auckland, we are seeking a Customer Service champion for our Service Delivery role. This role is key to supporting the functions of our services across Front and Back of House, including mailroom and admin.

This is a flexible floating role that will assist as required across the workplace and client services spaces. Some of the main duties will include:

- Manning supply store as needed
- Setting meeting rooms
- Mail and courier processing and delivery
- General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Reception cover - meet and greet visitors when required
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Some heavy lifting will be involved
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients' Health & Safety Standard
