- This role is based at our client's site in Auckland
- The role is a Full time position
- The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

**About the Role**

To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail and you will have a good level of computer literacy. Effective communication skills will also be required.

**Main Duties**
- Mail & Courier processing
- Mail & Courier deliveries to floors
- Distribution
- Data Entry
- Housekeeping
- Customer window enquiries
- Consumables replenishment
- Stationary replenishment
- Some moderate to heavy lifting may be involved
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and client Health & Safety Standards

**Key Requirements**
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- A keen eye for details
- A good level of computer literacy
- Effective communication
- Excellent team working and problem-solving skills
