Business Support Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person, to join our friendly & dynamic Administration team. Starting in the New Year, this role is permanent, full-time working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The team play a critical business support role, with a range of different tasks linking to all areas of our business, both internal and external.
Our opportunity to exceed our customer’s expectations begins at the frontline where we facilitate all enquiries from the customer and direct them to our client service support teams, where required.

**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure customer interactions are recorded appropriately in the CRM or LIMS system
- Client database management
- Coordination of staff travel requirements
- Resolving customer job queries to ensure services are completed promptly
- Data entry, word-processing, filing & mailing correspondence
- Internal business communications, including intranet & TV updates, flyers and eNewsletter creation on a regular basis
- Management of office resources for the site and assist with clerical duties
- Incoming and outgoing mail management for the site
- Health & Safety and quality control tasks, including safety checks and management of document storage
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous reception, administration or call centre experience is required
- A confident, professional telephone manner & excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with computer systems & programs (Microsoft suite etc)
- The ability to set priorities and multi-task in order to consistently meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in work output
- Self-motivated with an ability to use initiative and go the extra mile
- Adaptable to work both individually and within a team
- Flexibility in working hours to provide cover at short notice to fill staff absences
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume working environment
