**The Company**

Ravensdown is a farmer owned co-operative within the agricultural sector which exists to help farmers optimise soil fertility and productivity, to run their businesses in a profitable and sustainable way, with a focus on lowering environmental impact.

More recently, Ravensdown have been redesigning their organisational structure to set themselves up to deliver their strategy.

**The Role**

The Brand & Channels Manager is a new role created to bring Ravensdown's brand and marketing strategy to life through the development and delivery of campaigns and events that support Ravensdown's strategic objectives.

With a focus on developing customer value through effective brand management, and multiple channel integration, this role will optimise how Ravensdown connects its products and services with its customers, growing market share and increasing brand loyalty.

The role has three direct reports.

**Skills and Experience**

As the successful Brand & Channels Manager you will be an experienced marketer with a hunger to get results and a finely tuned understanding of how to use the right channels for the right message.

A dynamic and innovative thinker, you will take a holistic approach to reshape the way the Ravensdown brand is marketed, understanding the power of a consistent brand presence that is targeted and relevant.

You will be curious, actively seeking to better understand the Ravensdown customer journey, and you will know good data is critical to inform good decisions. And you will not be afraid to test different marketing tools, reviewing and revising your approach to better reflect the Ravensdown brand and improve results.

Forward looking, you will know what’s new in marketing channels and how to better connect with current and future farmers.

In addition, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification with a commercial or marketing discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a senior sales/brand/channel management role.
- Proven experience in brand strategy planning and marketing campaigns (including promotional, media and creative).
- Experience leading teams and providing leadership, support, coaching and training within a brand and marketing discipline.
- Proven ability to use a variety of creative marketing techniques and digital channels.
- An ability to use data and analytics to support the delivery of effective online strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to drive team accountability and deliver results.
- Forward thinking with an innovative approach to solutions.

Experience in the agricultural industry is desirable.
