Following our wonderful Account Manager getting an internal promotion, we're looking we're looking for someone special to step into her shoes and to help us keep the good energy flowing.

As our Account Manager, Retail Residential you'll be responsible for the performance - sales, revenue, margin, brand growth - of our Rockgas business in the LPG 45kg mass market channel.


Key responsibilities will include:
- contributing to the wider business performance by identifying channel growth and achieving/ exceeding revenue and margin targets for retail mass market channel.
- enhancing business relationships and working collaboratively with existing and potential customers in the retail residential channel to fully understanding their needs and how we can best deliver on them,
- managing all sales aspects of the customer portfolio to maintain existing and/or build new channel relationships e.g. strategy development, leveraging branch and brand marketing relationships to drive customer growth and retention, customer centre management, and reporting and budgets.

Along with being an awesome team member with a 'get up and go' attitude you will have:

  • Proven senior account management/ sales experience ideally including retail channel experience.
  • A demonstrated track record and energy to drive and deliver and sustainable customer growth
  • Strong business/commercial acumen being able to understand, recommend and make decisions based on business data
  • A good working understanding of marketing and brand
  • Excellent customer experience, B2C sales, negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
  • Previous experience working with Call Centres, and/or in the energy sector is desirable as is a tertiary qualification.
