- **About the opportunity**Key responsibilities will include:
- Become the SME for tax accounting by taking responsibility for ensuring that entities correctly account for tax each month, identify opportunities that create efficiency or mitigate risk of error
- Support indirect tax filings both in New Zealand and offshore
- Co-ordinate and validate certain transfer pricing processes within the Group
- Act as first point of contact for Group Tax and the RTR team on tax matters

**About you**In addition to your technical expertise, you will have the ability to build effective working relationships through your excellent communication skills. Your ability to connect with stakeholders in order to work through complex tax issues will be key in ensuring risk and compliance is well-managed within the team.You will be known for your ability to deal with ambiguity, you will have excellent attention to detail and complete complex work with accuracy. You will be able to manage multiple deadlines, adapt and work collaboratively to ensure accurate tax outcomes.- **Our Story**
