Position Overview:
As the Sustainability Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing sustainability strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business practices align with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. This is a high-profile position with a significant impact on the company's sustainability goals and reputation.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with company's vision and objectives.

Conduct regular assessments of environmental impact, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to reduce carbon footprint and resource consumption.

Collaborate with various departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Human Resources, to integrate sustainability into their processes and decision-making.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability and ESG.

Lead the development and management of sustainability reporting, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis to support ESG reporting requirements.

Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and external partners, to foster a culture of sustainability and promote transparency.

Drive employee awareness and engagement initiatives, providing training and educational resources to promote sustainable practices and behaviors.

Establish partnerships with external organizations, NGOs, and government bodies to collaborate on sustainability initiatives and leverage collective impact.

Represent the company at sustainability conferences, forums, and industry events, showcasing commitment to sustainability and thought leadership.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, sustainability, business administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and best practices.

In-depth understanding of environmental and social impact assessment methodologies, energy management, waste reduction, and circular economy principles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and experience in preparing sustainability reports is highly desirable.

Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to driving positive change.
