We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of environmental & social sustainability thought leadership, managing Greenhouse Gas inventories and working with stakeholders to deliver sustainability improvements to join our Strategy team based in Auckland as a Sustainability Analyst. Ideally you will have 2-4 years of experience working in sustainability.

You’ll need to have excellent communication & relationship building skills with internal & external stakeholders, as well as analytical skills to manage the measurement of Ando’s greenhouse gas emissions.

**In helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging environment in a sustainable way, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Keeping Ando’s Sustainability Committee informed on local & global sustainability practices, emerging business trends in sustainability and upcoming regulations related to climate change and sustainability.
- Managing Ando’s greenhouse gas measurement process to ensure Ando can publicly disclose our Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions.
- Identifying opportunities & leading projects to reduce Ando’s GHG emissions and improve our sustainability practices, including management of climate-related risks.
- Influencing Ando staff to improve their own environmental & social impact through internal communications & organising events to spread awareness about sustainability.
- Working with other teams at Ando to influence Ando’s supply chain to improve their sustainability practices and prepare for the impacts of climate change.
- Working within the Strategy Team to advise on the sustainability impact of Ando’s Business Strategy.
