**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead SAP Configuration**:

- Lead the configuration work in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO) modules of SAP S4HANA (QM)
- Design and implement integration processes with other modules, ensuring seamless end-to-end flow of accounting documents

**Business Analysis and Requirements Definition**:

- Analyze and define business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope projects and deliverables
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to design flawless solutions that meet business needs

**Functional Specifications and Customizations**:

- Write functional specifications for complex customizations, ensuring that all custom solutions are aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices

**Project Management and Delivery**:

- Take responsibility for completing client deliverables according to project timelines
- Manage project scope, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards

**Team Development and Collaboration**:

- Develop and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Work collaboratively with client teams and other partners in a multi-vendor environment to ensure successful project outcomes

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in SAP FI and CO modules, with a focus on SAP S4HANA (QM)
- Proven track record of designing and implementing integration processes between SAP modules
- Strong analytical skills to define business requirements and scope project deliverables
- Experience in writing functional specifications for complex customizations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-vendor environment

**Preferred Skills**:

- SAP certification in Financial Accounting and/or Managerial Accounting
- Experience in the asset management industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in other SAP modules is a plus
