**General Summary**:
The Revenue Support lead will work with the Commercial Scheduling & Pricing Lead to ensure that all Sponsorship, Integration and Commercial client charges are inputted into the system for invoicing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring all the Integration charges are within the system and accounted for within revenue reporting
- Liaising with the Discovery Revenue and GSB teams
- Assisting with Month End revenue checks
- Ensuring the correct Finance deliverables are within the sales system
- Assisting with account queries from either internal or external stakeholders
- The Employee shall ensure they are familiar with the Employer's policies and procedures, and any modifications to those policies and procedures that may be introduced from time to time.
- Carry out your work safely and without endangering or causing harm to yourself, fellow staff members, contractors, customers, visitors, or the general public.
- Other duties as required.
- The Company may, after fair and reasonable consultation, change your duties, from time to time, for commercial reasons but not so as to substantially change the nature of the position.
- Support to commercial scheduling team, as requested
**Qualities Required**:
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- An understanding of all channels across the DINZ portfolio, and the individual requirements of each play out area.
- Experience working in a rapidly changing market environment where technology and innovation are critical to success and growth.
- Analytical skills.
- The ability to interpret complex information and communicate clear recommendations.
- The ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the business, both written and verbal.
- Self starter who can work collaboratively with other teams
- Statistical accuracy and outstanding attention to detail
- Media experience, experience across TV platforms will be highly valued.
