**As a Senior HR Advisor with the People & Capability team, you will**:

- Play a key role in helping to realise the full potential of the organisation's people, developing future leaders, and shaping a culture which emphasises empowerment, involvement and innovation. This group truly wants it's people to be successful and make a meaningful, valued contribution.
- Partner with senior leaders and managers in their region with proactive advice, guidance and coaching to effectively lead its people across a broad range of HR matters
- Provide expertise and robust advice in employment relations.
- Support and drive all HR processes such as workforce planning, recruitment and induction, learning and development, performance and employee relations.
- Partner with people managers to lift capability and support the organisation in achieving its strategic goals.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

**To be successful you will**
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience in a generalist Senior HR advisor role
- You'll have indepth knowledge of NZ employment law and sound experience in providing Employment Relations advice
- Naturally be an excellent communicator and energetic team player.
- Have a genuine interest in mentoring and coaching others
- Be tech-savvy in working with an HRIS system
- Bring your enthusiasm, empathetic approach and passion for working for an organisation that supports communities in times of crisis
