We are looking for an experienced coordinator to join our client in a dynamic Senior HR Coordinator position. You will be taking ownership of various HR activities and projects whilst also providing support to the HR Business Partners to give high quality advice to support the business.

This is a fast-paced environment which will be your forte. You will be a great team player and have the capability of working autonomously as well as part of the wider team. You will be the first point of contact for employees with queries and so you must be comfortable to respond to difficult issues or escalate as appropriate.

This is a great role that offers you variety and development as you work closely with a supportive team and a fantastic HR leader. With potential for growth and development, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to step into an Advisory role in the future.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining HR database, templates & resources
- Managing exit process
- Coordination of promotion process
- Manage the long service process
- Monthly reporting and analysis
- Supporting annual projects such as remuneration reviews
- Supporting HR Business Partners with ER issues, where appropriate
- Drafting employment documentation and variation of conditions

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- At least one year in a HR or Recruitment Coordinator role
- Tertiary qualification in a business and/or HR related field
- Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage numerous tasks throughout the day.
