- Our Senior HR Advisor will support our HR Lead, NZ to lead our people function for our growing Auckland team and contribute to our ongoing industry success.
- About You:

- Based out of our Auckland offices and reporting to the New Zealand HR Lead, you will support the HR team in implementing annual activities, projects and strategies that deliver tangible outcomes. Role modelling and actively contributing to our equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives will be your approach, as you provide guidance and oversight for people matters to employees and leaders alike.

- Demonstrated experience working as a Senior HR Advisor
- Experience in training facilitation and providing timely and accurate HR guidance to employees, Line Managers and local leadership team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, where you enjoy a challenge and take pride in delivering a quality service to your internal clients.
- Experience in rolling out HR initiatives, working alongside a wider people team including Mobility, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship skills, comfortable to liaise with employees at all levels experience in a professional services environment, ideally working as part of a country, regional and/or global team.
- Understanding of compensation frameworks and processes.
