Senior HR Advisor - Contractor position - Starting Mid-May
- Up to $140ph depending on experience.
- Public sector organisation, 10 minutes’ walk from the train station.

**About the Company & Culture**:
**This is a well known, well-respected public-sector organisation based within the justice space. This is a hands-on role that will see you working within a dynamic environment and supporting senior manager and external stakeholders with HR matters.**

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Build relationships to proactively work with surrounding business groups
- Supporting the business with various needs across the HR space, using your knowledge to give advice and support
- Use your HR expertise to provide current and relevant advice that assesses. risk.
- Work together with manager and offer solutions and options.
- Can handle and respond confidently around employment issues.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a generalist Senior HR role
- Sound experience across either public or private sector with an A* understanding of employment issues and policies/processes.
- You will have demonstrated an experience working with and supporting a wide range of stakeholders.
