InterContinental Wellington is looking for a Conference & Events Operations Manager

**Your day to day**
To manage the Conference & Events, In Room Dining and Minibar Dining Operations ensuring total guest satisfaction, whilst maximizing revenue and profit. To develop and implement strategies for the business and to develop all colleagues within the Conference & Events, Room Service and Mini Bar departments to their full potential.

**What we need from you**
- A vibrant personality and the confidence to build relationships with guests
- Previous experience in a hotel and a front office environment will be held in high regard
- Excellent communication skills
- Diploma in hospitality management or similar
- 4+ years leadership experience within food and beverage, events or similar field
- Some previous experience using Opera
- Flexibility to work a range of hours, which includes but is not limited to afternoons, evenings & public holidays
