Our East Auckland Real Estate client is looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their busy high-performing team in Botany.
This role will see you supporting the Management, Sales & Rental team, completing listing activities as specified and helping to prepare agreements and booking/managing adverts as required whilst also continuing to take day to day office tasks away from sales team, organising workflow and reducing inefficiencies.
To be successful in this role, you will be an efficient time manager, with great computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office. You will have an excellent phone manner, great communication skills and genuinely be wanting to help. A current driver’s license and the ability to build relationships, remember people and make them feel welcome/important is crucial.
