The 4.5 star Hotels are looking for a service-extraordinaire, who is passionate about out guests and creating memorable moments. This exciting opportunity as **Guest Service Agent**, is working across both our Sebel properties.

**Job Description**:
As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is essential in creating lasting impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Providing information about the hotel's facilities and services.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
- Resolving guest issues and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
- Collaborating with various hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role advantageous
