We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join AVANI Metropolis Auckland Residences as our Night Guest Service Agent on a Part time basis.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Welcome and check in guests after hours
- Communicate professionally
- Make bookings
- Assist guests during their stay

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Professional presentation essential
- Availability to work 10pm-6am on a rotating roster, may include weekends and public holidays for a minimum of 2x nights per week.
