Response and Investigations Coordinator

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
Our Parking and Compliance team are looking for a Response and Investigations Coordinator to investigate reports of abandoned vehicles throughout the Auckland Region and manage the legislative and operational process to remove the vehicle from the road.
You will be responsible for managing the end to end process of each investigation, ensuring our databases are maintained with live, accurate information, recording all evidence obtained throughout.
**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
You will have well-developed time management skills to plan and manage your time on the road and process cases efficiently. This role will draw on your all round co-ordination experience in investigation and evidence gathering as well as administration.
Your written and oral communication, relationships and interpersonal skills will enable you to proactively see cases through to conclusion. Other key requirements include:
- Investigation experience working across agencies gathering intel and problem solving accordingly
- Proven probity experience, in particular identifying potential 'conflicts of interest' and managing these areas
- Proven ability to accurately interpret legislation to formulate operational processes
- Customer focussed and proven conflict resolution skills
- Current full driver's license
- Knowledge of Local Government legislation preferred
