**The role**
- We’re known for our leading customer approach and quality service. In this role, you’ll be the first “port of call” for inbound customer queries working Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 5.30 pm with our team at Onehunga. As part of your day-to-day duties you will;
- Manage our electronic ordering system, process returns, and answer process queries from both customers and internal staff
- Data entry of orders, order checking, credit processing
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Challenging work in which no two calls are the same
- Handle Inbound Calls from products and services of GIB® products

**About you**
- Driven to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Sound computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
- An enthusiastic yet calm approach with a friendly demeanour
- Attention to detail whilst juggling multiple tasks
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Clear, persuasive speaking skills
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision
