**Job Overview**:
We are currently on the look out for experienced individuals for **temporary** opportunities in Customer Service, Administration, and Data Entry roles. These positions are essential for maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional support to our clients/customers.
**Responsibilities Overview**:
- Assisting customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshooting, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and scheduling.
- Accurately input and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Managing filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Experience working in Customer Service/administration is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software and database such as MS Excel and MS Office Suite and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- The ability to work under pressure as part of a team and on their own.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Must have valid NZ working rights.
