Customer Service Administrator

Starting ASAP this role will keep you busy for the next 2-3 (and possibly longer). You will be working near the airport for an organisation making life easier for those with disabilities. You will get to utilise your superb customer service/administration experience and organisational skills in this pivotal role helping others.
**Duties include**:
- Organising for the repair and maintenance of disability equipment
- Identify and prioritise urgent work and communicate that within the team in a timely manner.
- Data Entry updating and maintaining accurate customer equipment information in the database
- Scheduling work schedules for On-Road Technicians
- Process any after-hours Work Orders on a daily basis
- Log and assist with all customer complaints and resolutions and escalate when necessary
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Ensure Compliance timeframes are met
- Update customers on any maintenance delays
- Assist with continuous process improvements
- Be flexible to assist with other tasks as required
**To be successful you will ideally have**:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focused approach
- Intermediate to advanced MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Good time management and an excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work well with others and autonomously
- Flexibility to help out where required and take on a variety of tasks
