Bookkeeper

In this role you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in various areas including:
- Preparing quotation, invoices and bank deposits for clients
- Support bank reconciliation and journal entries.
- Support preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Support preparing and producing financial statements, monthly report and analyses using account books, ledgers and accounting software packages
- Verifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to management
- Communicating with clients to gather information answer questions and resolve any issues.
To be considered for this role you will need to show:
- 1 year relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance is mandatory
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Work seamlessly within a team environment with positive interpersonal relationships, and displaying an amiable and collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. (MYOB and Xero)
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail and the ability to think independently
