Lead the Auckland Contracting GIS, CAD, As-Builts, and QS team leaders to ensure Northpower’s Geospatial Technical Design operations deliver world-class standards and consistently exceed client expectations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee and develop the Geospatial Technical Design teams, creating systems to track and monitor workloads.
- Build strong relationships with team leaders to meet and exceed client KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide leadership in GIS, Draughting, As-Builts, and QS services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Drive operational performance, solve problems effectively, and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct internal audits and performance reviews, identifying and implementing improvements.
- Lead and support your team, managing workload and fostering professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: At least 5 years in project management, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- **Qualifications**: Minimum or equivalent Level 5 Diploma in Project Management and a valid NZ Driver's License.
- **Skills**: Proven track record in performance improvement, change management, and client relationship management. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- **Attributes**: A results-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for continuous improvement.
