Providing high quality administrative and marketing support while assisting the team to deliver exceptional service to their clients. Must be able to multi task and deal with incoming requests and managing changing priorities in your day. You will require the ability to be flexible with working hours, when required and familiar with working in a confidential environment.

Duties for the position:

- Managing and assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns
- Preparation of legal documents
- Maintaining databases
- Loading listings, through to preparation of contracts
- Maintaining agents profiling on a range of online channels

Attributes of the successful person will include:

- Strong administration and computers skills are a must Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experienced in working and delivering to tight deadlines
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Prior real estate/property/marketing experience would be preferred
- The ability to prioritise workload and problem-solve
- Excellent communication, written and people skills
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of accessing and using Social Media for business promotion.

First National Tauranga are flexible on hours, this is not always a 40 hour a week role and would consider those looking for part time opportunities.
