**What's the role?**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Team in sunny Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.
Whether you’re a seasoned operations professional or looking to deepen or expand your career in operations, your next role as a Senior Operations Coordinator at Access | Partners in Property will entail:
- Assisting with the management of daily operations.
- Managing the schedule of all jobs, team members, and subcontractors.
- Assisting with the delivery of projects and jobs on time, within budget, and quality.
- Managing all monthly financials for the business.
- Identifying and resolving problems with a solution-focused mindset.

**Who is Access | Partners in Property?**
**Your operational skillset**
You will have strong **operational experience** from the trades or service environments and proven experience running a team of Technicians and Contractors. You will use your excellent organisational, prioritisation, and IT skills to effectively schedule and run the operations workload, delivering projects and jobs on time, within budget, and of quality.
As the Senior Operations Coordinator, all days are different and require a solution-focused mindset to overcome challenges and change. You’ll spend most of your time scheduling resources (team members, subcontractors, assets & equipment, vehicle fleet), ensuring operations are running smoothly, managing financial administration, liaising with customers, team members and subcontractors, whilst facilitating the smooth running of the operational arm of the business.

**A bit about you**:
- 3+ years of experience in a busy operational environment within the Trades and/or Service environments.
- Experience in the construction, contracting, property, or services provider industry.
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of job costing.
- Strong systems skills, with ERP experience ideally.
- High energy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise.
- A customer service focus and the ability to build relationships.
- Strong administrative skills, comfortable running numerous IT platforms.
