**About the role**: In this role you will be providing accurate and timely administration support to the Loans Analyst, and be responsible for maintaining high standards in customer service at all times. This is a fast paced busy role where you will be undertaking lending and property related administrative tasks that require compliance with both legal and regulatory requirements.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Assisting with Loans assessment and Anti Money Laundering (AML) compliance
- Create and maintain client and loan files
- Assist with Property Law Act (PLA) notices
- Ensure all services meet legal and regulatory requirements

**Days/ Hours**: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

**About You**:To be considered for this role you will have ideally worked in the financial services sector, or have some knowledge of, or exposure to either finance, or property related tasks. To be successful in this role you will need to have **strong organisational skills** and ideally previous experience working in a **compliance driven environment**. You will also need to be able to demonstrate:

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A minimum of Intermediate level skills in using Microsoft products
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective problem solving skills
