We are needing a **Compliance Coordinator **to join our team in **Tauranga **

**What you will do**:

- Coordinating the compliance process
- Ensuring that the Wormald compliance processes are adhered to and the issuing of 12A certificates & Building warrants are prepared and submitted to independent qualified people (IQP) for approval
- Customer service requests coordination (from initiation to completion)

**How you will do it**:

- Be a champion for the compliance team and its continuous processes within Wormald
- Ensure all activities to be consistent with desired business outcomes and agreed processes. Instigate actions to address any issues detected.
- Ensure the production and distribution of 12A & BWOF certificates highlighting potential issues for supervisor/management attention
- Interact with business managers and supervisors to ensure testing routines and results are completed

**What we look for**:

- With experience in the building services industry
- With administrative work experience
- Knowledge of Building Act and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of Astea and Pronto systems preferred
- Please note pre-employment checks - including reference checks, medical, criminal record check, and drug & alcohol testing - will form part of the eligibility process. _
